Yogurt and wheat germ blinis
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Agave syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked and boiled small chawli
- 1/2 cup black grapes , cut into halves
- 1/2 cup orange segments , cut into halves
- 1/2 cup pomegranate (anar)
Cheesy Corn and Spinach Pizza
Ingredients
For the corn and spinach rotis
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels , crushed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
Corn and spinach rotis
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using water as required. Keep aside covered with a wet muslin cloth.

Knead again and divide the dough into 7 equal portions and roll out each portion into 75 mm (3") diameter roti. Alternatively cut into desired shapes using different cookie cutters as shown in the picture.

Boil a vesselful of water, add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

Peel and slice banana. Wheat germ and honey mix together 1/4 of each. Toast wheat germ, place in bowl, some with honey and milk mixture. Dip bananas in honey and milk, then into wheat germ and serve.
