Crunchy Munchy Granola recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup raisins (kismis)
- 1/2 cup carob chips
- greased baking dish
Method
In a large bowl,use a spoon to mix the oatmeal, peanuts, and wheat germ.

In a small bowl, mix the honey, oil, and vanilla.

Work this mixture into the first mixture that's in the large bowl.

Spread the mix onto the greased baking sheet. bake at 325 degrees f for 15 minutes, then remove the baking sheet from the oven. use a large wooden spoon to stir the mix a little on the baking sheet, then add the raisins and carob chips. put the baking sheet back in the oven, and bake for another 10 minutes.

When the granola is baked, allow it to cool.
