Peanut butter snacks
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 c. toasted wheat germ
- 2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. coconut
Combine peanut butter, honey, wheat germ, and dry milk; mix well. Stir in raisins. Shape into balls; roll in coconut, coating well. Store covered in refrigerator. Yield 15 snacks.
